What form of payment do you accept?
We accept BankCard, MasterCard, VISA, and Direct Bank Deposits. All prices shown are in Australian dollars ($A).
Will I receive a tax invoice or receipt with my purchase?
Yes. We issue a tax invoice via email with every purchase. Please print this invoice & retain it as your proof of purchase for any future warranty claims, where applicable.
Is GST included in the price?
Yes. All prices are inclusive of the GST to Australian customers.
How will I receive my purchase?
All items purchased can be printed or downloaded directly from the website. Alternatively, for Win-Win software, a CD can be provided and posted via registered post. Please allow 5 working days if you require us to send a CD.
